Answer: Home care referrals and service requests can be entered using an integrated "Home Care Orders" orderset. This should appear when using the inpatient orders activity to search for "Home Care". If proximate to discharge, home care orders can also be entered within the Discharge Orders portion of the Discharge Navigator.
